During my time at Citibank, I served as Vice President of User Experience Design, leading design on Helios, an enterprise-scale application for managing corporate loans and lines of credit.
Westshore Terminals Ltd.
Westshore was a long-time client of Architech and one I really got to sink my teeth into. I got experience finding and pitching solutions for complex communications and connectivity issues. Eventually I moved to a position of guiding new team members and junior designers to build out the library and future of the product. I was able to learn and grow so much in this project, skills I cannot wait to apply to new challenges.

Rogers Communications
While at Architech I was able to join the form builder project for Rogers Communications Inc. and Fido. This was to become a drag and drop form creator with components and rules created by our team. This was meant to ease the many complex forms that Telecommunications requires.

The Roger’s form builder project required a more detailed prototype than the standard Figma creation. This meant figuring out how to create a prototype that allowed live information and conditional states. This was accomplished using ProtoPie for a more detailed testing experience.

The Text with 911 program allows those who are non-verbal, deaf or otherwise unable to use a phone in the case of emergencies to text an operator. This form had to be built out with every variation by ‘hand’
